Project knowledge is managed at
four distinct levels: individual, project, organizational and global. There
exist two basic types of knowledge: micro-knowledge needed for performing a
single task (or its part) and macro-knowledge i.e. all the knowledge
possessed by subjects from given organizational level. The paper describes
micro-knowledge life cycle and macro-knowledge life cycles of each
organizational level as well as processes of vertical knowledge flow
between organizational levels.
